Hello!

The road to success does not begin without it. Ever since my early childhood, I have had a passion in learning all sorts of computer technologies and skills. First, starting with basic hardware tear downs and software modifications to devices. Then, diving into learning hardware, software, and network support, Eventually, leading to pursue an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems in 2016. From there, I started venturing out into the IT world, eager to continue to gain more knowledge, and began accomplishing the different roles I took on. Today, I continue to find success in my journey in the IT industry because of my ever lasting passion; never letting it decrease bellow the level that the four year old me had with his Windows 98 desktop computer.

Rather than it being about the ability to wait, patience in the IT Industry is more about keeping a good attitude while searching for the resolution to an issue. In my experience, there have been many times where a problem's solution is more complicated than presented. However, patience has always guided me towards the correct path. Even if it may take a great deal time and dedication, I always entrust a confident state of mind.

No matter the complexity of a task or the scope of a project, bringing forth great commitment to each venture will only output positive outcomes. In my IT journey, I have encounter many tough battles and obstacles. Whether it be implementing a new system, mass deploying a complex application, or helping move a company to the cloud; full commitment has been the forefront to every task I take on to ensure each client/customer has full satisfaction.
